KDR Fabrication Service is a team of professional and mechanical engineers and welders concentrating primarily on companies in the oil and gas industry. We thoroughly understand the industry and have tailored our service offerings to deliver maximum value to our clients. We can repair or refurbish most oil field equipment at a significant cost and time savings when compared to procuring a replacement.
We also have the ability to an extent to build from scratch some oil and gas field equipment per our client's specific needs. Build from scratch equipment can be manufactured using client provided enginerring specifications drawn up.
KDR Industrial welding and fabrication services include portable and emergency welding capabilities. Our welding process includes Non-Destructive Testing and our equipment inventory includes a Multi-head Pattern Burner and a Plasma Cutter. We also provide installation, maintenance and replacement of industrial pumps and pumping equipment.
KDR experiences ranges from the development and build out of pipelines to effecting off-shore repairs to shutting down power plants for maintenance cycles. We also offer sandblasting and coating services.
KDR Staff includes experienced mechanical and electrical engineers as well as master welders. KDR provides continued training to its welding crew and emcourages all its welders to obtain certifications.
